Leeds Art or Nottingham Trent for Textile design??

I have an unconditional offer for both courses and cant decide which to choose. There is a wider curriculum at NTU with lots of amazing facilities and the tutors are lovely however I prefer the city of Leeds better and the course and tutor are still really good. So I dont know if I should pick the better course or where I think I will be more comfortable. What would you recommend?

Hi. Congrats on your offers.

I would focus on the reason you are at university the course and the contents.

What do you want from the city your staying in anything particular
Hi @lilybea512,
It's great to hear you're considering joining our Textile Design course!

Rest assured that you still have plenty of time to make your decision. If you've received a reply from all of your choices, you'll have until the 5th of June to make your choice. If you get the chance, I'd recommend using this time to attend any upcoming open days and events at the universities you're considering. Our next open event at NTU is on the 26th of April, and we have a series of Campus Tours throughout the year as well. These can be a great opportunity to get a feel for our campus, chat with our course staff and current students, as well as explore Nottingham during your visit! You can also chat with current students at any time here.

If you have any questions for us at NTU, do feel free to let us know!

Hi,

It’s great to hear that you have an unconditional offer to study BA (Hons) Textile Design with us. It is a fantastic course that offers an exciting mix of practical workshops and design thinking. We enable you to explore your ideas through drawing, colour, design investigation, and surface and material experimentation.
