Is it too late to switch A level subjects in year 12?

I am currently in year 12 and studying economics, business and psychology I want to switch from business to philosophy as universities especially Russel groups look down on doing economics and business together. I was wondering if switching subjects is too late as mock exams are in 2 and a half months and my school does aqa philosophy. I am quite strong at essay subjects and would enjoy the subject so wouldn't mind catching up. Is this possible?
Speak to your school to discuss your options

Hi. Don’t know if this would help but here’s my experience.
When I was in sixth form and was in year 12, my head of year told me “it’s never too late to change subject”. Though she gave me that advice when I dropped a subject going from 4 to 3 I think it would apply. It would be too late to change subject if it was 2 months until your actual A Level exams.

If you are willing to do the work, I would say do what you want but perhaps talk to your head of year first to see where your subjects would end up.

Hope that helps
