Due to a change in circumstances I no longer require my lease for next academic year, therefore looking for another student to take over the lease. I am currently living in the flat and can highly recommend the accommodation. It is modern, has a common room, gym and outdoor space.
The rooms are spacious with a 3/4 bed and storage space and desk.

The room is ensuite and there are 5 rooms in the flat. The communal area has a sitting area with sofa and TV and also a kitchen area with table and plenty of cupboard space.

Abode is located in Percys Lane, inside the city walls and is about a 5 min walk to the city centre and about 15 min walk to St Johns campus.
