Has anyone heard anything about Funding for the MSc in Sociology at Oxford? Does anyone know what the odds even are for securing funding?

I applied on January 8th and got accepted on the 18th or 19th I believe. What do you mean by profile exactly?

I am also waiting for funding for MSc in Sociology. From what I've read, fundings are really competitive, especially for masters. I have not heard anything yet, but I hope to get something because the cost for international students are really high.

Fingers crossed for the both of us! I'm trying to apply for external funding at the moment, which is admittedly a little late in the year to do, but I just wasn't sure enough of getting in to start applying way back in autumn. Where are you from if I might ask?

Does anyone even know how much departmental funding is available? I'm assuming the silence means no one has heard anything yet

I don't know either. I don't know I should I still hope for anything if I don't hear anything back by the end of May.
