Masters Student - Job Advice - International

Hi everyone,
I graduated from my undergrad in 2022 and stayed in the UK on the PSW (Graduate Route), but unfortunately I wasn’t able to secure a job with sponsorship during that time. I’m now doing a Master’s which will finish in September 2025, and my student visa is valid until January 2026.

I’m currently applying for jobs that offer visa sponsorship, but I’m a bit stressed about the timeline. Do you think it’s realistic to secure a sponsored job between now and early 2026? And does anyone have advice or tips on how to improve my chances, especially at this stage?

Any help would be really appreciated!

Most companies ensure visa sponsorship if you earn at least £30k per year but not over £45k for a full-time position. So, you need to secure a job with that salary range and have the right qualifications to fit into the talent list or whatever it’s called
