Adding Reference to an individual UCAS application

Hi,

I am currently making a UCAS application for a transfer from my course to a different university and I have contacted my previous college teacher if she would be willing to give me a reference and she said she would and all I'd have to do is add her work email into my application. However when I've come to do this I have found I need to put her address and phone number into the application, could I just put the address and phone number of the college in or does it have to be her personal contact details. I am aware it says you can link your application to an institute if you're using a reference from a previous lecturer but I don't have the buzzword for the college and I don't know how to access this. if anyone could help that would be great because I'm quite eager to get this application in.

thanks

You could email your old college and ask for the buzzword, and tell them that your old teacher will provide your reference, it's what i did and then they can add the reference and send the application off

However, if you are currently at Uni you will need to use that Uni for your reference - talk to your Personal Tutor or similar.

Add the phone number and address of the college.
But also arrange a meeting with your personal tutor at your current university. Then if any of your new universities ask for a reference from your current university you won’t be asking for it out of the blue.

Easiest way to find out the correct answer is to DM the UCAS facebook page. At first you'll be talking to a bot but if you ask for a human operator one will eventually come on, it should be quick.

2 admissions staff have already replied here on TSR with more thorough responses than the temporary staff covering the UCAS fb page out of hours would be able to give
