Hiya,

Which specific accommodation are you looking at? Is it city or Endcliffe?

For example, I stayed at Allen Court which is in the city centre and my flat number was H08. H referred to the block I was in and 08 referred to the flat number. However, I was on floor 2.

When you are booking your accom, you are able to see the specific room you want so there should be details on the portal on which floor it is.
