Asymmetrical face

Hey guys, I need help with my asymmetrical face. My left side is more outwards, with more prominent cheekbones and a fuller look, while my right side is flatter and more inwards. This makes my face look uneven. I’ve seen advice about sleeping positions and chewing habits, but I’m not sure what actually works. Should I sleep on my back, my right side, or my left? Is there anything else I can do to make my right side more outwards and balance my face? Any advice would be really helpful!

Hi, I’d suggest sleeping on your back to avoid putting pressure on either side of your face, which can help prevent further asymmetry over time. 😴 Chewing evenly on both sides can also promote muscle balance, and facial exercises, like targeted cheek lifts, may help tone the flatter side. If you’re concerned about volume loss, skincare treatments like facial massage or professional fillers could add subtle balance. 🧴✨ Remember, slight asymmetry is totally normal, but consistency with these habits can make a difference!
Have you heard of ''The Moon Face Trend Explained: How Stress Can Change Your Face Shape''
The term "moon face" describes a round, full facial appearance caused by the accumulation of fat in the face. Medical professionals often associate this look with Cushing's syndrome, a condition where the body produces too much cortisol, a stress hormone. However, people also use "moon face" more loosely to describe any puffy or swollen appearance of the face, especially in response to stress, poor diet, or certain medications.
Most people have asymmetrical faces. It's very normal. My left side is my tolerable side - the right side is awful.
