Plan changed

I started my degree in 2021 on plan 2. In 2023 I took a study break (full year, I applied with SFE then decided to take a break days before the course started so no fees were charged) and restarted in 2024 but I'm now on plan 5.

Should the plan change mid study? I'm on still doing the same course at the same uni.
