Course Options for Uni

I'm currently a Year 12 Student Studying English Lit, Music Tech and Drama. I'm thinking of either doing Musical Theatre, Actor Musician or Music Production for Uni but I'm struggling to decide which course I'm the most interested in and want to pursue. I can only apply to a certain amount of schools through UCAS and a lot of these courses are also audition based. I just need some advice on how to go about choosing my top schools and courses without applying to too many at once. I hope this makes sense! Thanks.
