Couple Accommodation General Question

Hi, this year i will be attending uni i already have 2 offers from York and Liverpool, my partner is significantly older than me and plans to work in the city in which i attend uni full time, my more firm choice at the moment is Liverpool, from what i can see they dont offer couple accom if anyone could let me know if they do that or what i could do in liverpool for accom for my partner and me that would be great, my other question is will private offsite uni specific apartments allow me have accommodation with my partner?
