GCSEs for medicine

I’m planning on studying medicine and i’m curious because most universities require 5-6 GCSEs, but i am taking 10 so do i have to apply with all 10 or only use my 5 or 6 best ones?
sorry if this is confusing lol

Hey, you would have to put all your GCSE's and A-levels down, and this includes ones that you may think arent relevant to the course your applying for (e.g music if you are applying to medicine). For medicine, they typically look at the core subjects (sciences, maths and english), however, this doesn't mean that you should slack off in your other subjects either as they look at all of your grades to put them in context especially in A-level (not too sure about GCSE).
For example, if I took 3 as-levels and got all As compared to 5 as-levels with 2As, and 3Bs I would be in a much better position with just my 3 as-levels.
