hello guys is it possible to apply masters in Economics whilst lm still studying my bachelors degree out side uk at cambridge university

Yes, of course. But September 2025 admissions are already closed (not a surpise?), so you'd be applying - later - for 2026? All the relevant information is on the faculty's website.
