For Macbeth, I'd recommend looking at:
Kingship; Men and Women; the supernatural; good verses evil; appearances and reality; ambition; madness; masculinity; femininity; fate; guilt; power; betrayal; death; manipulation; consequences and tyranny.

Unfortunately the exam board can find thousands of themes, and also I've probably missed a few here, that no one may have thought about, so whilst I'd completely recommend doing what you're doing now (as it will be very helpful revision) just note that there may be more themes and questions out there. A lot of themes do intertwine with one another though, so that can be helpful if you've got quotes and ideas for one theme which can carry across 🙂
