CRE Grad schemes: Dubai v London

I'm starting at Henley Business School on the Real Estate Finance masters this sept, and will be applying to grad schemes.
I noticed JLL, Savills, KF and some others offer the exact same schemes as their London ones in Dubai.

I know nothing about this, but I am interested. does anyone know if i'd be able to apply to both London and Dubai schemes? Has anyone from the UK had any experience working abroad for a UK company? What's it like?
