I got accepted to the business management course from these two universities. I think I will be happier in Regents but I am not sure if the Regents diploma is as valuable as Queen Marry.

Just because the course title is the same doesn’t mean that the content is. Have you looked at the modules and topics for each university? Are they assessed through exams or essays or other work? Which assessment method would you prefer? Is the teaching mostly lectures, seminars or tutorials? Are there workshops or live briefs? What would you prefer?

Hi @cangunaltay ,

Congratulations on being accepted to those excellent universities 🎉! As a business student myself, I'd love to give some advice on how I decided what business course to go on:

1) Pressure 📚️ - If you have different grade requirements, this could impact your decision. This is entirely dependent on how confident you are for your exams. If you would like to lower the pressure (which is completely fine!), then you may want to choose the lower grade requirement.
2) Cost of living 💵 - If affordability is important to you, I recommend comparing the prices of accommodations in the each area. You could do this by looking at the university owned accommodations and the local private accommodations.
3) Distance 🚶 - Would you prefer to be closer to home or further?
4) Modules 📖- Are there different modules taught on the course, if so which course is aligned more closely with your interests. For example, I loved that my course offered an optional module in digital marketing.
5) Personal Preference 😊 - You need to make sure where you end up is the best option for your happiness. Your enjoyment of university life often impacts motivation, studying and therefore results. In order to figure this out, I recommend attending a university open/ offer holder day, this way you can feel the vibes of the campus and ask current tutors and students about the course and their experience.

I hope this helps, please feel free to ask me any questions,
