Depending on how old you are (I’m not sure if they have an age limit) but I did the young reporters journalism scheme a few years ago which I found really engaging! You basically get a taster on what it’s like to write an article each month and then it gets published in a local online newspaper. Personally I really enjoyed it !

And I am looking to study linguistics and french at university this year then possibly do a masters in journalism after my course! Best of luck if you decide to take part in the young reporters scheme - they are quite demanding so I’d recommend doing the course in your 1st year of college/sixth form before any exams and I did it during my GCSE year and it was super stressful 😅x
