Help! A-level Business

Does anyone have any tips on how to get an a* in aqa a level Business
Hello there!

I understand your frustration, but here are some tips that could help! I'm sure you will be just fine!

Use a checklist to make sure to cover every topic. The content is important, but what makes a big difference at A* level is how well you apply it.

One of the best things you can do is use real-life business examples in your answers. Bring in relevant case studies, for example using Amazon to explain operational strategies or referring to Apple’s marketing techniques. It shows that you’re thinking beyond the textbook and applying theory to the real world.

Also, make sure you really master your exam technique. Structure matters, Evaluation and clarity.

Don’t just read your notes, active revision is key. Use flashcards, mind maps, and sometimes explained topics out loud as if you were teaching someone else. It makes the info stick better.

If you’re thinking of continuing in business at uni, Coventry University has a brilliant courses that builds directly on what you learn at A-Level. It's practical, engaging, and opens up loads of career paths.
