She acts less interested over text

Irl we flirt etc but over text it seems like there’s no chemistry and it’s like pulling teeth I don’t feel like texting bc I don’t want to ruin what we had. Been texting since Saturday everyday only like once a day- we both wait hours to reply to each other.
I last saw her on a night out when I told her I liked her and she likes me back (we’re living together in a shared house from August) so I don’t want her to think I’m ghosting if I stop the conversation butttt idk what to do we can’t see each other until a month later bc we’re both back home from uni for Easter.
I’m stuck bc it feels like I feel more for her than she does for me bc when we said we liked each other she said I need to get to know her sober but I kinda waited until we were back to continue stuff

Why do you wait hours to reply? Replying quicker could show her you are more interested in her. Could you facetime her? Maybe she is just a terrible texter
