Has your teacher not given you any advice based upon their assessment of your ability?
Generally speaking, if you're good at Science, do Higher. If you're not, do Foundation. (Obviously "good" here is very subjective - which is why I asked about your teacher offering advice.)

I say discuss with your teacher. They are most likely to know your strengths and weaknesses as well as knowing the exam board to know what is your best fit.
Also use your past exam papers and practise as a guide. If you are getting over a 5 in higher, I suggest doing higher or else you are limiting yourself to a grade 5 which you can achieve higher than. If you are just about reaching 4 and 5's in foundation, I would say stick to foundation because you are better getting a 5 on foundation than a u on higher
