😫😫😫Choose Undergrad Offers: Math in ICL or Applied Math in UCLA?

I am a 2025-entry undergraduate and I have received offers in terms of Math in ICL and Pre Math, Applied in UCLA. Which one should I choose? 😫

Some other interesting stories:
(1) I took STEP in Y11(as Chinese students we apply for universities at Y12), receiving 1,1. This year I applied to Trinity Hall in Cambridge, getting 7.3 in interview, being pooled, and then being rejected. This is why I always feel sad when I think about my UK undergraduate life if possible (I have prepared my interview for more than 1 year 😢)
(2) I also apply for some USnews top 10 US univeristies and hope I can receive some offers tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. If so, I will definitely study at US.

How much funding is attached to each, if any? If UCLA will be cheaper, I would go to UCLA, modulo any political turmoil in the US. US universities tend to be more generous with handing out money, in the UK it really is exceptional to get any significant amount of money towards an undergraduate degree.

I admittedly don't really know how US admissions work, but I am assuming that you would not be stuck with applied maths at UCLA? So I wouldn't sweat that detail in particular. In the US, you do have to do a lot of non-maths courses, but the structure of the degree is more accommodating to acceleration.

UCLA will not give funding to internationals.
