Financial Issue
Can I get half of my remaining maintenance loan on April 2nd and the other half on May 6th because my current funds are too low, I have been emailing the university for help but I have received no update regarding the Financial Support Form and I would like to be able to attend lectures, travel to university and have to live.

Hi there. To receive an early payment, you will need to apply to our financial hardship team to request this.

We would also need you to provide evidence as follows:
- Last 3 months bank statements
- Evidence of any obligations you’re liable to pay (tenancy agreement, utility bills etc)
- Copies of any debt/arrears letters you may have
You can upload your evidence online. It’s around 5 business days to process this.
Please note the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
If you are accepted for the early payment, you will have to budget this accordingly. Thanks, Leah.
