Pgce funding

Hi. So as pgce is funded by maintenance loan.

Back in September 2024 I started my pgce but then had to withdraw a few weeks later after getting my first payment.

I want to go back and do another pgce. Will I be able to get funding again for example gift year or does this have to be only under cpr.

Hi there, will this be the same PGCE or will this be a completely new PGCE course?
It would be helpful if you could advise:
The university you will be applying to?
The exact course title?
Is this a Full Time or Part Time course?
How many years is the course in total?
When are you planning to start your studies?
Thank you, Stephen.

Yes the same course but at a different university. It is eligible for maintenance loan funding. I just want to know if I will be eligible after having a payment in the past. Would I need cpr or will I get a gift year.

Hi again, students can receive funding for a second PGCE course of two years or less providing they did not gain Qualified Teacher Status from the previous course. Funding would consist of a Tuition Fee Loan, a Maintenance Loan (as well as supplementary grants and/or DSAs where applicable) for the full course, and one repeat year. Thanks, Stephen.
