Resit

I am a post grad student and i have failed in one assignment in sem 1 and now i have failed in another assignment will i get to resit these assigment or have i just failed

In all likelihood, you'll get an opportunity to be reassessed. However, the rules and regulations around resits vary between unis.

What uni are you at? Is this a Master's?

Too many unknowns and as above says, depends on your university.

In all likelihood, you’ll be offered a resit.

I graduated from my Masters November 2024 and saw on a few announcements “those who need to resit assessments” were told to look at a section dating resit opportunities I.e exams and coursework resubmissions.

However, failing again would result in your graduating with a postgraduate diploma, not a Masters degree, of which I know one person who did as he failed an exam twice.
