Student finance national insurance

Hiya, I've applied to both a maintanence and tuition fee loan for my first year at uni for an undergraduate course. Both loans have been approved. There is a checklist of things that need to be completed for me to receive the finance, I've done everything except add my national insurance as it didn't come up as an option for applying. How can I add it now? It doesn't show as an option of personal details.
