Help, exams are soon and my mocks went really badly

Long story short. I got DDC in my recent alevel mocks. No I didn’t revise, yes I knew I had exams coming up, yes I’m taking full responsibility for my poor grades.

I know it’s late but I started putting the graft in and I’m revising every night now. Is it possible to get a BCC?

Spanish is my best subject, I consistently get B’s in it ( Spanish was my mock C grade )

History I usually get C’s ( this was one of my D’s ) and I usually get C/D’s in English ( reflective of the D in the mock. ).

Is it possible for me to bump my grades with this little time left?

Absolutely! Just make sure you really work the hardest you can and you could even go higher tbh. If you know that you usually get higher grades with revision, and the one time you didnt revise you got these grades, then imagine doing your usual revision AND EXTRA too leading up to the exams.
You'll be fine as long as you work hard

Hi there!

Absolutely, it's still possible to improve your grades, but it will require commitment and smart revision from now on. Since you’re already putting in the effort, make sure you’re revising effectively rather than just passively going over notes. Active revision will always be a winner!

Some of my advice is:

For Spanish - Since you’re already strong in this, focus on exam technique: practice past papers and practice those higher level techniques

History and English - Prioritise the topics that come up year on year and do all the past paper questions you can (under timed conditions). Ask someone impartial to mark it as it is always easy to give yourself a few more marks than you should have!

General - active recall is great, past papers are super helpful and stay consistent

Keep at it all and good luck with everything !
