'If you are available, would you like to join the programme team for a look around campus / chat about the programme on Wednesday 7th May around 10am? We will meet you in the Zest cafe (ground floor of the Allam Medical Building, next to the library which is in the centre of campus)'.
This is part of the email I received. Looks like an open e-mail to all the student cohort. If you can make it, would be great to meet.
