Student finance Eligibility

In the year 2023-2024 I applied for student finance as a migrant worker and everything went fine but after I quit my job I reapplied for student finance in the year 2024-2025 as the child of a migrant worker using my father's employment and payslips. This was fine and I received my first 2 payments but on February when they asked for evidence for employment and I gave them my father's payslips they removed my funding because they said that I was still the migrant worker and the payslips didn't match and this is weird to me because I clearly reapplied using my father's details for this year.
Currently I've sent multiple cover letters explaining that I am not working anymore so I'm not eligible to be a migrant worker and that I applied as the child of a migrant worker for this year and SFE has been refusing me saying "I cannot change back the status to being the child of a migrant worker " which is absurd to me because when I reapplied that's what I asked and they approved it.
I find it hard to believe that the documents I've sent in 2024 June with my father's name were somehow misunderstood as my name furthermore the fact that I received the first 2 payments based on his payslips should suggest that SFE was aware of the change.
I don't really know what to do now and I really need the funding as I am not working and having troubles finding work during my last year of University
