Room available Lincoln student house 2025-2026

Hi there! I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in a 3 bed student house in West Parade. Less than 10 minute walk to the University of Lincoln campus.

Large upstairs bedroom available, shared bathroom.
Other housemates will be two polite 3rd year males who are suprisingly very clean!
Washing machine, small backyard and two parking permits available.

20/8/25-19/7/26, tenancy cannot start earlier than stated.
