Is an age gap between 20/21 and someone 24 really problematic if both are interns?

I am a 24 year old male who is in my final semester of MBA and currently an intern in a young startup where everyone is in their 20s. Its an internship which will convert to full time. So I am socializing with multiple female interns in my office during break hours who are mostly within 21-26 age range. But some of the interns are also completing their undergrads like some of their courses are 3 years degree whereas others are 4 years ones like engineering so they are 21-22 whereas the ones with 3 year degree are 20-21 if they are in their final semester. So is it really wrong to socialize with them? Even their internship will turn to full time too just like me so we are at the same stage of life currently and only like 3 years apart in age. The girls themselves are comfortable too and we talk and socialize but is it wrong? Will asking them for a coffee be fine? Idk I see people judging even smaller age gaps and I worry whether even 20/21 with 24 is fine or not. I prefer women within 20-30 age range. 18 would be too young for me tho now at 24.

It's a 3 year gap between two adults in their 20s lol, TikTok age gap discourse has ruined people's brains 💀

It’s fine. Follow the 1/2 age + 7 rule for the youngest person you can date and all will be well
It's a complete non-issue.
