personal statement change?
hello can someone help me? :c Ive been applying for DHT for 2 years now and ive decided its just not a career path i want to take anymore. I want to change my desired course to Diagnostic radiography on UCAS but im not sure what to do about my personal statement?? for context Im now in UCAS Extra and ive contacted a uni if i can apply to them for DR which they have said yes. they said I can apply on UCAS but my old dental hygiene personal statement is still on there and i dont know how/if i can change it?
What do i do? help please

You can't change it within the UCAS application itself - but many Unis would accept a new PS emailed directly to them for this sort of course change. Just phone that Uni and ask if you can do this.

Yes, but it will take much longer to get a response (potentially, weeks) and for Extra you need to apply quickly in case they close the course. Phoning isnt that scary promise - Admissions staff are really helpful - could the UCAS person at school help you with this?

I gave up on dental hygiene I applied to radiography with the same PS but u can send them on email a new personal statement, after being rejected from DTH I easily passed interview for radiography

i just did this, thank you!! well done for passing i hope the same for myself. DHT is just so ridiculously competitive, i should have applied to DR ages ago

oh wait i read this wrong lol. are you saying you applied to radiography with your dental hygiene PS and they gave you an interview??
