Should I text her?

I received a somewhat dry but not completely dry text from a friend with whom we both fancy each other n spoke about it. We’ve been texting everyday (not all day but twice a day or smth) since Saturday until last night.
I just liked her text because there wasn’t much for me to work with. Should I bother replying to her story or smth in a few days to start the chat or would you take it that one dry text means she’s no longer interested?
