The data booklet is for AS (unit 2) and A2 (units 4 and 5)

For AS, all you should need is the physical constants, IR spectroscopy wavenumber ranges and the periodic table. However, the Pauling electronegativities may be useful as sanity checks for deducing which atoms are δ+ and δ- in a polar bond.
