Why is there not more part-time undergraduate degrees?

I'm in my first year of the IBDP at school and am looking at what kind of unis to apply for, and was thinking about doing a part time undergraduate while I explore something a bit more creative. I've found that none of the top universities offer this. All I'm looking for is an extra couple of days off a week while try to become an artist, in exchange for a couple more years of education? Is there something I'm missing or am I just a lazy bum.

I suppose the short answer is that there isn't a huge market for them versus the large amount of admin that goes into running them. PT degrees tend to be more general subjects that mature learners fit around other responsibilities.
