SAAS “Assessed”

My SAAS application is marked as assessed — does this mean “some money will be paid” or is there a risk of rejection (God forbid, nor can I think why!)

Does anyone know what wait time is usual? I have had slightly contradicting accounts — I telephoned and was told 48 hours is normal, but the website states they are only currently assessing applications in before the 24th.

Mine was the 27th and assessed today, which seems alarmingly fast. Is this normal? I haven’t any friends applying this cycle and my parents were at uni in the grant days when the system was quite different.
