Do you mean a mobile phone, or do you mean a landline?
If a mobile phone, are you getting a SIM-only deal, or are buying a phone and getting a call/data package with it?
Do you know how much mobile data you use currently? Do you make calls from your phone? Do you send texts -- and if so do you know how many per month?
