Study places

Does anyone living in Colchester know a good place to study that's preferably free (though if you know any cafes good for working it would be good to know I guess)

Hi!

Here are a few places that look ideal!

Colchester Library - a quiet environment with free wifi and lots of seating

Firstsite - an arts venue thats also a quiet space, also has free wifi and comfy seating

Try some parks in the local area! Especially with the weather getting warmer!

Hope this helps!

Hey!

We can recommend a variety of spots across our campus that is open to the public to use. Alternatively there is an extensive Library in the town centre which includes a large study space on the second floor.

Could you share some of these spots and when they’re open!

On campus: the library, cafes and EBS (9-5pm term time) are open to the public. You can ask campus security on the day as well, or give them a call 🙂
