Summer accommodation in London
Hi,
I am currently staying in student accommodation in London (first year UAL student) but they don’t offer rooms over the summer. I have the same contract next year, the tenancy starts 6th September. My current tenancy finishes 28th June.
I was wondering if anyone knew any cheap accommodation or house share options, anything as there’s so many opportunities for me in the summer and I’d really love to stay. Thanks

I am wanting to transfer my contract at Helen Graham House from the 13/6/25.It is only £193 a week in a shared room, my roommate is also looking to move out. Let me know if you're interested or want more info.

I'm looking to transfer the contract to someone else, am very flexible with the starting date could be (April/May/June-September). The room is a large single room with high ceilings close to tottenham court road, holborn, and russell square tube stations. It's around a 10-15 min walk to UCL and KCL. Rent is £265 per week. Has a lively shared kitchen, and shared bathrooms. The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 floating shelves, 2 chest of drawers, a study desk, 2 pin boards and a sink. If you're looking for a student accommodation to stay over in the summer this would be perfect for you! Please don't hesitate to reach out for more details!
