what pathways are open to me IF my gcse results are all 8-9?

wasn't able to apply to much good sixth forms after my christmas mocks due to medical reasons and lately have been wondering if i could still go to the top or good sixth forms in london without needing a conditional offer if i received really high grades,
if you have any stories about the same situation as mine please let me know !
and also curious how the the whole s.f applying works when you get your grades in august.

Ok so not sure what sixth forms you are aiming for but there are a few in Newham where you can still get in August if you turn up or send your grades on results day as they will end up rejecting some with conditional offers as they didn't meet the grades and most of these only want the students with the best grades. My daughter goes to one in Newham and I remember when she was enrolling there was a seperate line for people who didn't apply but were presenting really good grades.

So I wouldn't worry too much for now, there is still lots of options available in August.
