Preparation Advice for Applying MPhil in Ethics of AI, Data and Algorithms

Hello guys, I am a currently third year undergraduate student in Computer Science in Asia along with minors in philosophy, psychology, politics. Since I am deeply interested in humanities and social science and their interdisciplinary area with technology, I am especially interested in AI ethics, and I plan to apply for MPhil in Ethics of AI, Data and Algorithms offered by Cambridge for 2027-28 after my graduation. Yet, I am worry that my foundation on AI ethics or philosophy are not solid because I only take around 12 modules in philosophy and seems like most applicants of this MPhil degree are come from philosophy major. I wonder if I need to study a master degree in philosophy or ai ethics in my home country in order to increase my competitiveness. And it seems like most applicants have master degrees, research experience, and work experience in ai related fields, and I wonder are these experience necessary for application. Thank you!
