Student Finance

Hi all,
I am kind of confused…
So I have filled in all my student finance details for my first year of uni, but it did not have a section to fill in my parents financial details / I did not get an email asking for their details and it is telling me already what my maintenance loan is.

For additional info: I have put my NI and I have filled in the application a few days ago.

Any help will be amazing!
