Seems like quite an unnecessary comment and not in line with what they’ll look for in a SO. Wish you the best but I don’t think someone who can easily poke fun at someone who is attempting to help should really be able to progress further

Maybe I read their comment wrong but it sounded snarky to me. Thankfully, one's suitability for a role is not determined by people on TSR.

I think we need to remember TSR is not work, neither a reflection of what someone is like at work. It’s a social forum and behaviours shown here shouldn’t determine one’s ability to deal with work situations. Yes their response may have been inappropriate, but I’m sure they can take accountability for that, and handle as you would in a real life situation, not work.

That is what I was referring to in my today’s message.

They are “inviting candidate for interview based on the demand in the location they applied for”meaning, it is not all the locations they advertised in this role that they need immediate candidates for. Some locations don't need immediate candidates but they put it there (for reserve list purpose).

This happend in the just concluded Compliance Caseworker (405R). Stratford was in the location for the June cohort, but every who made who passed the In-tray excerse in Stratford (over 300+ candidate) did not get Provisinal offer because they have a lot of candidates in the reserve list for the last year cohort. they prioritised the last year candidate by giving them offer first. Until last week, the just give 30+ candidates “provisional offer letter” from this June Cohot who will start in September.

Back to this role, Not all location will receive an immediate interview invite. Interview invite is sent out based on the demand of Compliance Caseworker Manager for that location.

This makes sense but it’s surprising they haven’t communicated the results of the video interview with the caveat that interviews will not occur until a later time.

They advertised about 65 positions right? There is alot of slots for the last stage interviews so there is deffo more spaces to fill for this stage - they have 4 slots a day (roughly prob interviewing 100+ people) over a month till 7th Aug. Dont loose hope !!
