Thanks for your reply. Do you enjoy the role? Are there some parts of the role you find boring or you would rather not do? Also, did you have HMRC Casework experience before starting the job and if you didn't, how were you able to understand the technical parts of the role?

I was an HO caseworker for 4 years previously which has helped massively

If you didn’t have experience you’d have to learn some of the tax stuff but I’m only talking from my experience as I’m not sure where all the posts are

It’s very fast paced, never boring but it can be stressful at times. It helps if you can talk to people and build relationships quickly as a good team is worth its weight in gold and makes your job much easier

I’m currently doing the role if anyone has any questions that weren’t covered in the webinars

Is the role hybrid, onsite or remote?

Hybrid. 60% of your days need to be in the office which is monitored. It’s also part of the SO role to make sure your team are adhering to that

Has everyone now done the pre-recorded interview?

Hiya, what are the office hours? At the webinar they said is 7am-8pm. Is that correct?

Hiya...can I message you? I didn't get the chance to attend the webinar and I have a couple of questions about how it went.

Hi, no one will share questions asked. It will be questions around the behaviours. Just ensure your example covers all the criteria of behaviours. You will also get 3 min prep time.

I’ve just done my interview. All I can say is use the 3 mins prep time given and ensure your examples are as broadly covered by the criteria possible.

There are only two behavior questions

Were they tricky behavioural questions or standard type of questions

What was the non- assessed question like? . I mean the opening question and was the leadership behavior asked first before the communication ?

They weren’t tricky. They give you the questions and follow up ones they want you to cover so you will need to use the prep time as your example might be worded in a different way.

It was what you enjoy doing in your free time, then leadership followed by C&I. I think leadership is the lead behaviour therefore first.
