Hoping this helps as someone who is in the role..
CTU is the original job so if you’re asked about working within CTU then it isn’t a different job, the original job title per say was released as an umbrella role covering management as a whole.
The reason the wait is so long is due to the fact they take in trainees (band O) in tranches over 9 months so, many areas are currently already in the throes of training. The management role is very difficult, you’re given a team of approx 15 people to manage and train on a technical (compliance) role that you most likely don’t have expeeince in. If this is your first time managing I would say you probably won’t enjoy the job as it’s a huge ask to train colleagues as, deliver their training with facilitator briefs when you don’t actually know the role either
There is estimated to be about 2k more trainees taken on which naturally will require managers
How much time did it take to finish the security clearance or did you have to get one done

Hi, wondering if anyone else has sat the final stage interview with the new batch of invites going out last week?
How did you find it?

Do you mean there were 4 questions in total?
3 from the behaviours and just 1 strength based or 3 behavioural questions and 4 strength based questions?
Thank you and I wish you the best in advance too.

Good luck, in hindsight I know I could have done better but guess you can only do your best and the rest is down to luck.

Hopefully you do great 👍🏼

I found it ok actually! I’ve got a lot of team management experience and I’m doing a masters in HR, feel comfortable enough in what I should be doing day to day but you just never really know if you are exactly the type of person they are looking for so will just have to wait and see. Only a few weeks to go until results

Spoke to someone I know who is part of the interview panel..

200 interviews were conducted this round I don’t know the breakdown for location

Last interviews are tomorrow, then there’ll be a call next week to consolidate and probs either a week after or so results will be released (guess this is dependant on the recruitment team resource though so could be slightly longer)

Believe interviews should have concluded now.

Also have seen HMRC are recruiting 50 project managers at the same pay-scale and SEO level has anyone applied?
