What the behaviors they are focusing on the pre-recoded interview and actual interview?

I did and is only showing 2 so I was a little worried why there is only 2 as a lot of other roles I've seen have more usually.

That’s right. Only two behavioural questions in the prerecorded interview which were the two in the advert, C&I and leadership. I believe the recorded is stage 2, and the successful applicants will be invited to a face to face interview with presentation 🙂 Hope this helps

I am surprised we still haven't heard anything about the results despite some people apparently receiving results in Cardiff a week ago.

Hey Aysha! I applied for the role too. I found the judgement test a bit tricky—some of the options felt really close in terms of what could be “best” or “worst.” Haven’t heard back about the pre-recorded interview yet, but fingers crossed we hear something soon! How did you find the test?

Yes, they did. One of them got 6 and 6, and the other got 5 and 4. Both internal

I meant to come back and update, I did eventually get it sorted and the deadline for me to complete my interview is tomorrow at 2pm!

Do you know what the pass mark is? Or does anyone else know what the pass mark is?

Generally for civil service posts the “pass mark”
Is 4. However they can raise the benchmark if they have a number of successful candidates and I imagine you would be put in a holding pool should they need to recruit further people.
