Voluntarily reviewing your Essays for you! From a student who got an A* last year :)

Hi everyone,

So, I thought I could do something nice for you guys, as I have loads of free time atm, and review some of your essays (for free ofc). I really enjoyed RS and found the essay writing fun, so I'd like to share this passion with anyone who may be struggling.

I studied Eduqas A-level Religious Studies.

The Papers I studied for were:

Philosophy
Ethics
Islam

Please comment below if you are interested in this and I'll get back to you. If you feel comfortable sharing your essay below, that is fine too.

P.S remember to be polite and respectful when receiving and requesting feedback. I'm obviously doing this voluntarily and out of good will so showing good manners is the least I could gain in return.

do you mean only RS A-Level philosophy or actually philosophy id love feedback on my essays but I do a level philosophy only

Hey! I meant Philosophy in relation to the A-level Religious Studies Course. But, as I got 100% on my Philosophy paper, and loved it as a component, I'm more than happy to review your essay and provide you feedback. I also got 100% during my mock exams in Y13. To clear up confusion - AQA Philosophy A level is different to the Religious studies A level, despite the RS A levels confusingly having one paper called 'philosophy'.

Well spotted! I'm aware of this as I tutor a lot of Philosophy A-level students too alongside those doing Philosophy for A-level RS.

Hiiii, i do edexcel rs i’m not sure if they are similar, but would also love some help. My rs papers are the last 3 for whole of alevel (i think New Testament is 20th of June) so im probably gonna cram all of it in like a week. What would u say is ur best revision thing u did that helped u get an A*? My teacher tells me to do practise questions, but I lowkey cba on writing a whole essay, would planning be fine? Or is exam questions in timed conditions a must? I also can’t remember any of the scholars, especially cuz they appear in like multiple topics and it’s sooo confusing who said what. How did u revise this? Sorry for lots of questions, but also what would u say is important to include if you’re stuck on an A and wants an A*? Thank uuuuu!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I am interested in this! I am in year 13 doing the Edexcel a level religious studies and I would love some advice and feedback for philosophy and ethics 🙂 p.s this is so nice of you to do!
