Well it depends on your kitchen: if it's usually cold in your kitchen, it should be safe to eat, but if it gets warm, I wouldn't recommend it because it could go off. But if it smells normal, then it should be fine. Also, was your chicken covered or uncovered? hope that helps

thanks for the reply. the chicken was covered but my kitchen was quite warm. i think i'll throw it out to be safe.

I always eat food I accidentally leave out over night and I'm always fine, if it's not visibly gone off it's probably okay
