Can i bring an energy drink (monster) in a water bottle for my GCSE art exam?

im superrr sleep deprived and have been for long, before all my mocks i drank like 2 monsters but now that the art exam (my first exam) is 4 HOURS on two days. i have add and as i said im always sleep deprived and extremely tired so i was wondering if i could bring a monster in. If i could would i have to put it in a clear water bottle like i would do for any other exam? Idk??? I really need it 😭

And why energy drink. You need to concentrate and stay focused take a bottle of water with you without the label, beforehand have breakfast and the night before get yourself plenty of sleep make the effort to go to bed on time and sleep between 8 to 10 hours if your able to.

Hey, I'd say no. I'm y11 but done some gcses early and once they took my waterbottle away just because there was a price sticker on the side of it and I wasn't allowed it back :/ I think they only allow water as they're afraid people will put performance boosting drugs in drinks (hence why clear waterbottles) etc. and exam boards are all bothered about conditions being fair for all candidates. However if you really can't do a few hours without you could probably use a clear energy drink so it looked like water (probably not monster tho) in your bottle, or just drink it in the breaks.
As a separate note after gcses you really need to deal with your sleeping issues so you can drink less energy drinks, kind of sounds like an addiction if you ask me - they're not great for you lol
