work experience for biology and computer science?

does anyone have any recommendations of places where i can get in-person unpaid work experience related to bioengineering, bioinformatics, ai in medicine or just purely biology/computer science? I've already emailed places like kew gardens and my local hospital but no luck lol and im running out of time...

You don't need work-experience for degrees in the subjects you have listed - Unis wont require it, and it wont make it any more likely that you would get an offer.

What they do want is evidence that you are interested in the degree as an academic subject. You do this via extra reading etc that shows you are moving beyond just the A level syllabus. Extra reading suggestions from Oxford, Cambridge and Imperial - good for all Unis - super-curricular_suggestions.pdf and STEM book list | Be inspired | Imperial College London and Suggested Subject Resources | University of Oxford

In that case just try and find something that you find interesting or that’s in something you’ve never tried before. The whole point is just about trying something out for a period for your benefit (even if the result is that you know that you never want to do that sort of work!).

As above - it doesn't need to be anything directly related to your intended degree or career.
