What type of ink cartridges do you need?
When I need ink, I personally buy the official cartridges on Amazon then fill out the form so that DSA can reimburse me (assuming that you are referring to getting ink for your DSA printer based on this thread being located in disabled students).

Confirming the same: Windows/HP Smart can misreport ink levels, especially after long periods of not using the printer. In my case, colors were faded and I had banding. New set, proper install, alignment - and everything was fine. I went with Cartridge Save because I needed it quickly, and it was exactly what I needed.
